At Yummicandles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused candles in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely and unbroken.

  Ship Your Return

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
